Allahabad Bank — atm withdrawal issue | |||
Dear sir I used punjab national bank atm at salt lake in kolkata to withdraw amount of 4000 via atm card of allahabad bank but no cash was disbursed, withdrawal was refused. There was an error in machine. But i received sms that the amount of 4000 has been debited from my savings account. Bank statement from atm showed me deduction of the aforesaid amount. I have use debit card for payment via Paytm...so I added 392 rupees ...but 392 + 392 =784 deducted in my acount ...so I wanted to return back my cash...
