Allahabad Bank — Balance deducted issue

My balance has bèen deducted 1512 rs in my account allahabad bank, branch ramdarbar hallomajar in chandigarh through atm card for the transaction pay to psk they told me that my balance is not received through
I informed tha bank but they say me wait 45 days bu till 45 days is above but refund balance is not get me by bank
