Allahabad Bank — don't get my passbook and atm card

I have submitted application form regarding opening of a new account. But i have not any response. Neither i got an sms nor a call regarding when to collect my passbook and other documents. The application was submitted a week ago. I hope i will be helped. Because it is an emergency. I have to go and attain my college in a few days. So please kindly look into the matter. Hello sir
Everytime I have faced a problem
In your bank in the issue of clearing
I was deposit a cheque of 15000 on 02/08/2018 it's not clear today
You banking staff told me that it'll be take 2 or 3days more because of kaawad Yatra
They told us their staff who deals in clearing is not in branch
