I have give my application form in the branch for internet banking 4 days ago but my application loss by staff and i request for new application form but the staff not corporate to me and they ingore to me and my request 1 hour my account no. I tried a transaction of 18k with allahabad bank's net banking the transaction was failed but the money is deducted without any notification on msg and also money is not credited to my other bank...
