Allahabad Bank — Interest Statement FY 2020-21 against FD & Savings

I being a Sr. Citizen, approaching frequently to kindly issue me Anuual Statement of Interest Accrued against my F.D. and Savings. I have been given difference Toll Free Numbers to contact and get the statement viz.[protected],[protected]-1037-188, Regret no one able to help me out. When contact local branch office, Allahabad bank, Ranna Park Branch,
Ghatlodia Ahmedabad, I have been told to download the said interest statement from bank portal . I tried a lot but always getting remarks as under:-

under the circumstances, my humble request to you to kindly issue me Interest Accrued Statement FY 2020-21 to enable me to submit onward.

I am at home and not allowed to move out due to COVID-19 pandemic wave in the city and further I tried my best and requested customer care support to kindly help me out. Regret, nothing has been done so far.

Sir, my humble request to you to kindly look into the matter and consider keeping in mind that I being old senior citizen and attached with esteemed bank since last 25 years.
