Allahabad Bank — issue of not getting dividend from last 3 years

I am kishor kumar basal lived in tilak ward mandla district mandla (M. P.). I have purchased 584 equity shares of allahabad bank in my name as kishor kumar basal. But i am not getting dividend from last 3 years.
