Allahabad Bank — misbehavior of bank stuff

I have an joined ac in allahabad bank gourhati branch with bank ac no. [protected].. L have submitted kyc before one and half month ago. But they have not update yet till today.. I can not withdrawal money from that account.
Today when i come to bank and make a query to the manager in charge of that bank another stuff came to me and misbehave with me and say gate out from bank. They are not giving me ans of my queries.
I told them why are u not updating my kyc. Though i have submitted my kyc 3 times.
Plz take necessary steps against manager in charge and thatparticular
