Allahabad Bank — money deducted but not credited on my sbi account

My name is surajit karmakar and i am a customer of allahabad bank of mankanali branch. Bankura. On 3/04/18 i was made a money transfer from my allahabad to sbi bank. But money transfer is going wrong the money is dedicated from my allahabad bank but not credited on my sbi account. The amounts of money is 4000. Pleas help me sir.
