On 9th feb i transacted a amount of 18000rs in a brij educational failed in there pos machine but balance deducted from my account Name : sushant mohanti Account number : [protected] Branch : udyog vihar Amount : 18000rs Date : 9/2/19 Email already sent to allahabad bank bank but no reply and customer care phone number out of reach always bank staff seems careless and where i paid the amount they are asking me about transferred account details Give me full information about that transaction Was this information helpful? Feb 12, 2018 Updated by NEXTARS Correction DATE : 9/2/18* Feb 12, 2018 Updated by NEXTARS date of the transaction is 8/2/18 amount 18000rs Feb 13, 2018 Updated by NEXTARS On 08/2/2018 around 12 pm i paid my education fee 18000rs through atm card in my institue pos machine transaction got failed in there pos machine but my amount 18000rs deducted from my account after i visited the bank they are saying u will recieve ur amount in 48 hours but 6 days passed i got not any single information about it already written a letter to the bank but no profit Name : sushant mohanti Bank account number : [protected] Branch : udyog vihar gurgaon Card no : *0476 Amount deducted : 18000rs Already sent email to [protected]@allahabadbank.in no reply from them too Allahabad custom care number dead too no help from anywhere already visited branch complained about it but i don't think they care about it I m student need to pay my fee 18000rs is huge amount for me do something bank employee told me it may take 35-40 days but i can't wait for such long time please do something needful

Before 3 months I fill form to issue debit card because my debit card validity is over so I issue debit card and now today 3 month happen and today I did not get Atm pincode your staff has said we did not get your pincode I took 5-6 visit at Allahabad bank branch bindapur but all time I hear this we did not have your pin so please issue my pincode

Sir i withdrew 5000 rs from kokak mahindra atm near masoodpur but at that time there is no cash
After some time again i withdrew n got 5000 but 10000 has been deducted by my atm
