Allahabad Bank — Poor service, they have no manner how to deal with customers | |||
I went to the bank (Allahabad bank in najafgarh branch) they behave (Bank employee) like an ametures. They don't want to hear your questions. They don't speak to their customers with frankly. They usually speak in rudely manner. They don't want to solve their customers problems. They don't consider that this is her duty to solve their customers problems. I have a very bad experience in allahabad bank (Najafgarh branch, new delhi). Actually i have a query about atm card and then i asked how much time you want to solve my query and the lady (Bank employee) said in a rudely manar 6-7 hour and get lost (In hindi they said "6-7 gante lagenge bait ja ya nikal ja in a rudely manar. I felt so bad. And then i think this is the banking system of india. This is my worst experience in allahabad bank (Najafgarh branch, new delhi-110043). Actually i am very disappointed with that type of service. Actually most of bank employees (90%) are good they solve their customers problems. But rest of them (10%) are # #.. Orry to say but i can't expect that type of service in banks. Was this information helpful? | |||

I went to ATM for withdrawn amount of 5000 last Wednesday the amount not came but money cutted in my account still 5000 not refunded me a/c no. [protected] y this happening 6 months back also same situation I faced u rservices is too bad and I want my money refunds check what is the problem and refund my money
