The file was filed for the last one month but today the file is returned and saying the finance will not be done.

I giving him my land in bank security amounting Rs 75 lakh as per bank valuation but he refused so i have taken my file and withdrawn form 2lakh in my account my loaning amount is 9.5 lakh only
My project cost is 25 lakh in my margin money was 16 lakh and 80% construction is complete also
