Bt i returns both order due to defects nd after that amazon initaite my refund according to policy
Nd also they gave m a refernce no. 30005403490341154458031
Amount is 599 nd 799 they initiate 13th of december
Bt
They didnt credit in my account from bank side
So i fill a dispute form

Main Amazon se 399 rupay ka recharge kiya tha vah mera recharge successful Nahin Hua Hai aur mera account se balance kat chuka hai mujhe Mera balance refund chahie ID number yah hai[protected] help me

I initiated payment not reached in beneficial bank
Beneficial account also mine im working at icici bank escalation desk.
Amount debited with error beneficial time out even i checked in icici imps application shows rrn number not found or no record found, im ready to wait t+2wk days but i need amount to b ready in my account either beneficial account..
