Allahabad Bank — refund not show in my bank account

Hlw sir,
My name is rishab rastogi sir cannot recived my refund amount in my bank a/c actually i book train ticket from paytm and my transaction were failed i book two times train ticket but ticket not booked so the paytm will send my amount in my account but not show in my bank account the transaction date is 3 august and 4 august and they said they refund the amount in same day but cannot show in my bank account my a/c no [protected]. So please help me
