Allahabad Bank — refund not yet received in my account which was initiated by amazon | |||
I have a refund of 499 which was initiated by amazon on 17/8/19 and was supposed to be reflected by 23/8/19 and the reference number for that amount was 098040 but it is still not reflected from my bank and still i am waiting for 2 months and i haven't received any refund from my bank inspite of several calls and raising a ticket i haven't yet received my money back. Transaction decline, but 8000 rupees has been deducted from the account, 11 days has passed but the money has not been refunded yet.
