Phone-[protected] Dear sir, I am bishnu mondal s/o sanyashi mondal, residing at vill: dakshin durgapur, po: sri durgapur, ps: dholahat, district : south 24 pgs. I went to withdraw an amount of rs. 10000.00/- (Transaction id:[protected] through one sbi atm (Patharpratima, milan more) on 01.04.2019 at 6:50 am having atm id: ibbn[protected] i got one message that my a/c has been debited at the same time but i did not get any cash from that atm. I have logged one complaint having complaint no albcare79950 but 24 days passed away still i am waiting for the auto refund. Please refer my attached screenshot for your reference. Please let me know the refund status as early as possible because i need my money back urgently. Complaint no: albcare79950 dated 03.04.2019.
