Allahabad Bank — refund problem

I was did the mobile baking transaction at 20/04/2018 amount of the 4500/-
Four thousand five hundred. But unfortunately transaction decline due to the technical error.
So that i want to refunded balance my saving account
Before that i have already register the complaint but no one take the action on it. Bank employee enable to listen me.
So that i have kindly request to you please as early as possible refund the my amount
