[Resolved] Allahabad Bank — refund related complaint

Sir, i submitted the upp entrance fees of 400 rupees using allahabad bank debit card through sbi gateway on 6 december 2018. The balance was deducted from account but entrance fees of 400 rupees was not submitted. It is shown that your transaction has been failed. Also the deducted balance is not refunded after 24 hours.
Kindly help me.

I sent a mail to UPP recruitment board too as a feedback and complained there for my balance deduction from my account but neither my fees was submitted nor my balance was refunded.

Allahabad Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
