Allahabad Bank — Transaction Decline But Amount Got Deducted

Dear Sir,
My name is Prashant Kumar Tiwari account holder in your bank for the last 10 years. I hold an account in the name Prashant Kumar Tiwari and account number [protected] I wish to complain about deduction of money from my account. Since I started banking with you, this has never happened again.
I did the Two transaction on12th Dec month via Internet banking of 12600/- (Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Only) unfortunately due to technical problem transaction decline & amount not be refunded in my account
So that i have kindly request to you please return the my balance
I have kindly request to you please take action as early as possible on my request hope you will credit my account soon. Thank you in advance.
