Allahabad Bank — upi transaction successful but amount not credited to the beneficiary account

have done a transaction through UPI of amount Rs. 20000/-
on 9th decemmber 2018 (09/12/2018) and till today the amount has not been credited to receiver account .. kindly help me out ..

Raised a complain in Jhanjharpur (R.S.) Allahabad Bank Branch Manager on 14th December 2018, (14/12/2018). No response from Bank

The transfer is towards my repayment of education loan. I am student and amount of Rs. 20000/- is very huge for me. Please help me.
