Allen Career Institute — refund of deposited security fees

Dear sir/madam I'm Priyali Gusain studied at Allen Kota and I was staying in a hostel (shree radhey residency, plot - 31/32, G-Block, Landmark city) that was associated with Allen. I had submitted security fees at begninng but at time of leaving hostel after 1 year they deducted some money and promised me to refund 10000 rs. I filled asat fee 500/- at 04/12/2019 through cc avenue transaction ID is[protected] by paytm of my son moksh Goyal s /o Goldy Raja registered mobile no. [protected]. But it not shows hall ticket. Please resolve the issue immediately so I print the hall ticket. Asat exam is 08/12/2019
