Alliance — broadband service not available

My alliance broadband client id is[protected]
I lodged my complain numbered 10510 at around 10am on 13th october 2018 through there central customer service.
The customer service is telling that it has been communicated with operator, and operator is saying they cannot service this in saturday-sunday. So they will service that on monday. My service is down from 12th october. Will anybody compensate these 3 non-service days and also the loss i'm facing for not having internet??
