[Resolved] Alliance — Charging high amount even when net is not working | |||||
My asianet broadband plan is Rs. 399 for 3GB data. First month it was OK, second month my bill was almost double. When enquired, they said my usage was more than 3Gb, they have increased the usage. I don't know how they can increase the limit without customer's consent. The same thing continued for months and we r paying the bill. In April we were not getting net, complained so many times, no revert, but normal bill came. In May also net was not getting, but last week we used 4days and this week one day. Now they are telling we used 4GB and I have to pay excess amount. I don't know what to. Please advise . Was this information helpful? | |||||
