Alliance — Connection problem in every week at least 2 days | |||
User id : guin178_at Name Pratyush Guin Facing trouble to connect broadband service in every week 1 or 2 days. I have using a plan of rs 570(approx). Every month I will pay the above mentioned ammount at time. 6-8 days in every month I'm not able to access the internet but I will pay the charge for the whole month. I have launch complaints several time over telephone to aliance office at BT office. Please fixed this as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

Alliance — charging high rate getting low speed according to there plan.
i am getting low speed. i have 1mbps connection but they are providing only 800 kbps. i called the customer care several times but they are saying i am getting enough speed.my plan is QUICK.my id is [protected].
