I am a registered Alliance broadband connection user for last 1 year.

Name - Debatri Mukherjee
On last Friday I called the customer care informing that I want to change my Alliance connection from my existing address to a new address as I am shifting my house from Bhawanipur to Santoshpur in Kolkata.
However, I got to know that Alliance will not work on shifting connection, instead they are asking me to submit a new connection request.
This is simply ridiculous! I am an existing custommer of your's and why do I need to pay for a new connection. It is your lookout as the same organization to help me on shifting the connection and I should only bear the shifting charges on the whole amount for new connection.
On askingto speak to the person's supervisor she said there is no supervisor and what is is saying is the ultimate!!!
I want this to be resolved from Alliance as soon as possible and help me in shifting the connection from one location to another.
