Alliance — Facing login issue in alliance portal

Address:Nabapally main road(near friends club); P.O- Dhalua; Kol-700152

My alliance portal is not opening after connecting my wifi. Contacted my Nternet service provider. They didnt gave any response. Such a bad service provider. Very dissatisfied with their service. And I am not able to do WHF also for this issue. Feeling like switching to other broadband. Very sorry to say
