Alliance — heavy packet loss and speed not upto the mark

I have contacted several times to the service... They said they will fix it... And it may get fixed for some time but again next day same problem... Do i have to call them and ask for temporary fix every day? And i pay for the starter plan which comes with 60mbps.. Enough for my gaming needs.. But now days i don't even get that speed which i pay for!!!.. The packet loss is not constant through out the day... But it comes daily which really irritates me.. Please upgrade your hardwares in my area also no one provide me fiber connecting after asking for serval times.. When my friend lives in same area got the fiber connecting who brought the new connecting after i recommended him, why is that?
