Dear sir

I'm anand i book flat in alliance project omr padur
On february, i have payed rs.50000/- as advance payment for studio apartment due my personal reasons i cancelled the flat and ask for refund, they told me that u will only rd.30000 refund, rs.20000 will not get back, it it's my fault i accept it but still now i'm asking no response from them, im sending mail every day but no response from them, kindly help to the refund amount.

for cancellations of Apartment No. G - 1603

Dear Gavin Eustace Sir

As per the discussion with Ms.Angeline madam Today in Alliance Group office for the Refund of Advance payment of RS.50000/.

As she told that the above Amount Will be Refunded in 120 days.

Due to my Financial problem I kindly request you to Return the amount in 15 days.

As per the marketing team committed me in written that if the finance loan if not
sanctioned, the full Advance Amount Will be Refundable immediately.

So kindly do the needful at the earliest.
