I want to lodge complaint against a pathology lab in lucknow, uttarpradesh.
Named as Alliance life care. In my case on 13th feb 2019, I done a full body diagnostic of mine because it was required in a job.
After they diagnosed me they said that they provide me the report on next day but as i reached to my home they called me and said that i having some trouble in my x-ray and if i want a clean chit medical i should pay 4000 extra. Afterwards on next day i made done my chest x-ray from to other diagnostic center but they not shown any trouble in my x-ray. Please find the attached photo of the diagnostic center and i am also have the call recordings in which they are demanding money.
