Alliance — poor internet connectivity (high ping/data packet loss issue) | |||
Hello, my client id is [protected], For past few weeks i have been facing an issue that is it is happening often when i am unable to open any website, this happened before too... I have complained back and then someone from local provider came and when i told him about the problem he said google ping was not their concern and wont fix... After a few days the issue got resolved automatically... It was ok for a couple of months, then again this issue has resurfaced... I do not know what should i do, because the help i received from the local guys was aweful and not willing to experience the same, i am completely gridlocked here. Dont know what should i do next about this. Please help me with a proper and long lasting solution. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
