Alliance Research — Lost money and Wrong commitments. They are not receiving calls now.

I got a call from Ankit from your organisation to invest money in Share market intraday calls. He promised me that I will get return of atleast 40k every month.

Initially He asked me to invest 15k i.e. 10k in trading account and 5k for the HNI service of worth rs 28750. After the initial payment, he promised me to charge remaining fee out of profit.

When I paid the amount, he asked to make full payment to avail services. I told him that I don't have cash in my account. Then he forced me to use my credit card for the payment and promised the return in a month.

I paid through alliance research website and total amount is rs 30100.

I also told him that I have no experience of trading and I can't work on your calls by sms. He told me that you don't have to work on calls you get from SMS.
Instead he started to place calls on my behalf to broker.

Now, today is Feb 7th and I am in a loss of rs 6000.
Also I didn't get any trading call SMS from alliance research.

Hence I want my complete amount along with losses returned to me.

This is an official mail and expecting a reply on this. If there is no refund, I will go for the further legal actions.

This is a confidence breaching and fraud as Ankit from Alliance Research asked me to invest money and took a huge amount for the returns.

This is cheating. Hence expecting a sober reply from your side along with the refund details.
