[Resolved]  Alliance Research — not providing services

There is a rascal in alliance research whose name is akash, when he wanted money from me he was speaking nicely, when i paid ₹12, 390 he is asking me to pay ₹5000 extra. When i told him i don't want to pay, he stopped giving sercice. Now after complaining in this forum, he is warning me that i will give you only calls which make you lose money and telling your demat will be empty. Why are you keeping such people in your office, take necessary action against him or refund my amount. If this continues once again, i will go complain about your company to sebi and make sure you pay for that. When he wanted money he was keep on calling from his personal number and sending me text messages repeatedly even at 11pm, being providing professional services, teach your executives to be professional and how to talk with clients. This has to be resolved asap or i will go to any highest authority possible to make sure your company is closed.
