I have a gym business in pinjore.i had perchased tredmil t 8000 model, with warranty of 1 and half year.now there deck has been damaged fully with in six months they changed it into other side and said its company policy that should be damaged from both side aftr that belt also damged bacause deck was not useable from both side. Second side of deck damaged belt too its not our falt. Bttt now they are not changing both, even doesnt care abt deck i hav three tredmill and everyone is stoped because of damaged deck and belt.its too tough for me to carry gym without tredmill n my gudwill also going down in the market i m totally disappointed by these loose service of your company. I m in this industry from 10 years. Btt now i m too disappointed that i will never recommend to anybody your aquipments i m telling u this very sadly
I m suffering from a huge lose in business
I m thinking to go to court because i m thinking this is last option to me.
Butt before that i m sening u this compliant may u take action regarding those who are ruining your company's name and goodwill.
I contacted to mr rajesh basu in mumbai and nitesh mishra in delhi buttt no response
I m hoping u will take some action
