Aloe Veda — No response no product delivered | |||||
I've ordered some products worth rupees 2600+ from aloe veda site and paid via paytm wallet. I've got only order confirmation from that site that's all. After that I couldn't see any details about my order based on my order number in short there is no any orders under my order number. I've mailed several times to the customer care and calling them daily. Some picking the call and will say your order will be delivered today and your get your invoice bill now. I've ordered two products from aloeveda.com and made payment via netbanking. But I didn't get any mail or msz from them. Only I can see the order number only on their website. It's been 15 says, I've not received my product yet, & there is no response from customer care nor phone neither email. Plz help
