Alok Bhartia — no bill receipt from alok bhartia | |||||
My family went for a 5 days tour via alok bhartia travel agency 17 october. I have paid 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees to alok bhartia office in bangalore branch but they are not giving me bill receipt and tour expense in detail for every person including hotels travel and all my wife call them frequently but they are not cooperating with us. Also they give us 30 km away hotel from previous booking small kids in family are suffer too much by this type of inconvenience. Not a trustworthy company at all. I booked a package and they gave 20% off on it. When I later checked the same package with other agents, there was a lot of differences in the charges.
