Alok Bhartia — unethical behaviour by alok bhartia travels

I should’ve not gotten greedy with the sri lanka package alok bhartia offered. They talked about how me and my wife will receive a ‘royal’ treatment with the package we are choosing despite the low price. Everything was a disaster save the flight service. The hotel that was booked by alok bhartia travel company was not confirmed, i had to pay again. When i called them, they told me it was all good at their end and tried to escape the blame. The hotel room was not what was shown to me. These guys are frauds who tell you how good their packages are, but instead it’s the same old beeswax. You won’t get even 30% of the value for money. It would have been better had i booked everything myself. Please stop destroying the tour and travels industry!
