Good Experience with Alok Bhartia...

I got an email from this travel agency stating that they were giving 25% discount on travel packages(international) in the month of November. Unfortunately I was planning an international trip with my family to Vietnam so I thought lets give this travel agency a shot. They actually gave me a 25% discount on 5 star hotels and best services in Vietnam but when we checked in the hotel it was not even 2 star hotel. I even called them from Vietnam and they said Sir we will refund you your money but when we came back they refused to refund my money back.

Really bad experience with this travel agency.

These guys are running a fake travel agency to con people and rob their money. They take advance and either you've to take the most expensive package or they will not refund you the advance. I'm sad for my money.

I booked a Volvo from Bangalore to Hyderabad with my girlfriend. Luckily we went there 1 hour before, but as soon as we went to the ticket counter they said that the bus was cancelled, I asked them about my refund to which they replied that the travel agency will return me my money. They charged me again to book a semi deluxe bus at the ticket counter, as I had not options left I booked two tickets.

As soon as I booked my ticket I called Alok Bhartia travel agency to quote the problem to which they replied - "Sir. we'll refund you your money when you come back" and I thought they were trying to help me.

When i came back to Bangalore and called them for refund they refused straight away. I even went to their office, but they refused to entertain me.

I want my reimbursement and want to take action against them so that they cant do this again with any other customer.

I know how you feel Rohan Naidu. I myself got in their trap. I booked a package to Nainital from their website (http://alokbhartia.com/itinerary/nainital-travel-package/) and got a call from one of their staff members. They said that the package is booked as per my requirements and i need to transfer the amount to their bank account and they will send me the receipt and package details on my email in the evening. I transferred the amount as per the discussion but they never mailed me the details. I called them back and they said the package was cancelled due to some issues and they'll refund me my money. They refunded only 85% of my payment and kept 15% as a commission. I need to file a complaint against them for charging me for a service that I never got.

Really Really worst experinece with them. Polise should fine them and get me my money back. Robbers

They don't respond to your calls and emails ever. Whenever you visit their office for any follow ups for the package you've booked they're very rude with you and just end the conversation by saying we'll message/email you the details. This kind of behavior is not at all appreciated.

I want my money back from this company. Ruined my new year package.

I attempted to book a ticket on 2nd January from Alok Bhartia from bangalore to bagdogra where there is an exchange disappointment because of which the cash (Rs 9, 837) got deducted from my financial balance yet the ticket was not issued. In light of my experience from these exchange disappointments from other travel or shopper entries like makemytrip or amazon I the cash gets discounted to the record greatest by 72 hours. Be that as it may, following 5 days when I caught up with them they answered it will take 10 working days. Indeed, even following 10 working days I demanded them to give me an appropriate date by which the cash will get discounted. They answered it isn't feasible for them to give a date and they of the allot measure of discount. I dont see how it might require so long investment and why allocate measure of discount is accessible, when it was an exchange disappointment.

My experience with this travel agency was also very bad.

Very very bad

I planned to go to Malaysia for my vacations with my friends. Booking this travel package for 21000INR was worthless. While booking for this package, I was assured:

-5Nights 6Days Package

-Stay at Genting Highland Hotel

-Sight Seeing at Batu Caves

-Kuala Lumpur(Hotel Citin Seacare)

-Kuala Lumpur city Tour

-2Meals per day included(Breakfast & Dinner)

-Inclusion of sightseeing tickets and travel

While I was on my tour I was just offered 3Nights 4 Days stay. The hotel receptionist showed me the bookings made by Alok Bhartia Travels. It included 3N & 4D only. The agent cheated us. He gave us the false tickets and booking details.

My dreams to travel to Malaysia Shattered & I didn't enjoyed at all. I regret that I should have booked my travel plan from other agents like MMT. Still money is not refunded.

I was very happy and thought it will be very cheap for me. But a day before the trip, they cancelled my tickets giving all sorts of illogical reasons. I was not amused at all and said to them that I will lodge a complaint against them. They are so rude and offensive that they were not even shaken by my warnings. I finally accepted my fate as I don’t have any time to indulge in any such issues. But I wouldn’t recommend Alok Bhartia travel agency to anyone and request everyone to be aware of these cheaters.

They are solely responsible for ruining my goa trip. Charged me 10k advance and said due to logistics issues your trip has been cancelled. No refund of money and they talk so badly on the call that I don’t feel like talking to them anymore. Lost faith in travelling agencies.
