I bought a rs. 32, 999 package form the company on 18th april 2017.in this package i was entitled to get 10 flight tickets as per the t&cs of the package. I booked two tickets on nov 1st with travel dates as 10th nov bangalore to delhi and 12th nov delhi to bangalore. As per t&cs i was supposed to get my pnr 48 hours before my travel. But that didn't happen. For my travel on 10th i got a mail from the company on 9th nov at 1:19pm (Which is less than 24 hours of my travel). I saw that mail at 7:30pm. Following is what the mail stated:
Since i saw it later than 3 pm i was not issued any tickets.
There was no call from the company for my travel tickets i had to followup with them through out. I requested them to issue another ticket but they have a very rude customer service team. When i contacted them they said they don't have any tickets available and i will have to cancel my booking and pay rs. 999 for that. My tickets were not generated, i am asked to cancel my booking and also forcefully pay for that cancellation. It was my sister's marriage that i had to attend and all my plans got severely impacted. I had to make a booking on my own and the amount i paid was way too high then what i was willing to pay. I want the refund of the ticket that i booked separately because of the deficiency in the service, irresponsible, rude and mafia like behavior of the company. I don't want to continue with the service of the company after this experience. I have lost all trust in the company. I want the refund of my unused tickets. The ticket i booked was of rs. 8, 286 (Rs. 8036 + rs. 250 convenience charges), value of my 4 unused tickets is rs. 12, 796. Total refund i am seeking is rs. 21, 082. Was this information helpful? |
