I was booked their plan on 30th sep 21 days prior booking 7 day prior pnr, from aug 1st they changed the plan 7days booking 48hrs pnr. They are not changing my plan. While booking i'm doing before 21 days. They are issue the tickets 48 hrs only. Every time need to call the customer care if we wants tickets. Modification & cancellation not mentioned on my plan. I modified travel from chennai to ahmedabad on 07nov2016 instead of madurai to ahmedabad. Because of this travel they are considering 2 tickets. Same thing they are asking charges for the same.
