I purchased this plan they offered of 3199.
The service is so riduculous that no ones replies back for any mails or requests.
I have an upcoming travel which is of tomoro (19th dec 2017) for which i tried contacting them from all possible means which is by call mails and even their live chat but i havent got any replies.
I have called up their customer care for atleast 10 mins for about 3-4 times but no responses.
No replies on mails and on chats.
Finally i got a call from their after sending so many mails just now at 4:47pm (18th dec 2017) and they tell they do not find any options.
On asking cancelling my aggreement they tell you have already book one ticket so theres no refund for any plan.

go and book an FIR for fraud. I am also doing the same.
