I availed of their service contingent to them booking a ticket from pnq - dib. I was assured that it will be done after which i made a payment of rs 31999. After making the payment, they stopped responding to my emails or picking up my call. I was given only one email intimation that "we will look into it". Meetings were fixed, and accomodation arrangements were made. Now almost 24 hours prior to my travel date, i still do not have a pnr or even an acknowledgement email. Now regular ticket fares have increased to rs 50, 000 return leaving me completely hopeless. Please take these people to task... Was this information helpful? |
