Hi sir/madam,

I have hired alpha mary international education (http://www.alphamary.com/) immigration consultant on august 2018 to assist and guide me with pr application to canada and the firm has assigned ms. Gopika as our co-ordinator for the same. I was asked to pay inr 27500/ (Including their service charge) as an initial assessment fees.

However the services rendered were disastrous to the point of misguiding and delaying the whole process. They just makes us believe that our express entry profile was created and we are already in pool. But till now they didnt give us any proof regarding the same.

Also they did not even bother to inform us about any latest cic immigration updates. When inquired, they just made some lame excuses. Always they said they would get back to us, but never got back to us. I even sent many emails complaining their attitude towards the customers. Unfortunately, they just ignored all of them. (I have proof regarding our entire email/whatsapp conversation)
After several emails, phone calls and complaints, they informed us that the process got delayed because of my ielts score and it was difficult for me to continue with this score or i had to wait patiently till my crs score is reached. So i decided to go for an alternative (Thought of dropping the canada plan) and enquired about study visa to uk.in the mean time, i approached another consultancy. On detailed inquiry they informed us that our profile was not created till now by the previous consultancy.
So i officially wrote a mail to withdraw my canada pr migration application with alpha mary consultancy and asked them to send refund amount on 19th july 2019. Still i didn’t get any response mail for my cancellation request. They avoided my phone calls for any queries. On face to fae meeting, i got the reply that she would forward my mail to their top management team and would revert. That day i met another guy with same issue.
The top management never contacted us. On continuous emails and phone calls, they replied refund was not possible. I informed my concerns and my interest to meet them in person. But as usual, they never replied. Their front office would never connect the call to the management officials or even ms gopika, my coordinator now. Even though connected, she would disconnect our call in midway and would not attend later when called back. Even though they are clearly aware of their unprofessional behavior, they never want to issue a refund.
Many a times, i have asked them for the proof of my express entry profile, which they claimed have created long before. They had nothing to show. They claimed that they are the registered ircc member but on asking their registration number, they had not even bothered to show.
I would humbly request to you to help me get a refund of amount that i have paid them for literally no service.
