I have placed a order no.43740 on 30 July 2018 which is still not received. Despite of numerous mail, no response given. Even customer care/helpline number is not found.What action to be taken against such firm/advertiser, please suggest.

Hi, I am very dissatisfied with the product you have send me. In facebook it was seen different with thik and original hair but when I received it was not that type. So i want my money back please collect your product and refund me back

Same is happening with me. I ordered facial hair remover. The product I recieved is damaged and is not working.
Despite 20 mails no one has contacted yet. There’s no number provided on the site.
Guys suggest everyone to not shop from that site. Really money has been wasted!!

Hi,

I had bought "Flawless facial hair remover". The product is not working. I have been trying to reach the company, people. No contact number to contact them and sending emails but no response at all. I have to send back the product but no clue will I receive my money or not. Now already I have crossed more than 10 days. What steps I can take please guide me with all the details.
