Alphaglee — no status update

Hi,

I have placed an order for microblading eyebrow tattoo pen on 5th oct'18 of rs.799. The payment was made through the payumoney payment gateway. I have received only one message for the order confirmation with the link to website. I tried checking the status after the order was made but it was showing as it will be updated within 24-48 hours. I waited for 48 hours and have been trying to check the status of my order and there is no update yet. There is a bluedart tracking number given i. E. [protected]. When i checked in bluedart tracking website, there is no information found. Its been 5 days and still no information. I have sent 3 emails but there is no response. There is no customer support number. I do not know how to contact them. Please help me.
