Amardeep Gas Agency — delay in delivery and false information

I have booked clynder on 18/mar/20. I got mesage to my mobile on 21/mar/20 and 23/mar/20. I received the message that my door is locked for delivery. Actuall i'm in home on those days. When i called on 24/mar/20. They told that delivery person was changed. So they will deliver on 25/mar/20. But not delivered on that day. Again when i called 26/mar/20. They are telling all delivery persons are in leave. They will call after couple of days and i can get directly. Here sec 144 ammendment was passed. How can i take the clynder. Even there is no auto to take it. I'm very dis appointed. I paid by by online on the day of booking itself.
