Amaron — buttry submitted but till date not receive after repair

Address:Mohit s/o rati ram tadav, Vpo- Teent ki dhani,Near sundroj,rewari,haryana, Rewari, Haryana, 123101

My bettry have the technical issue so i submited the bettry alongwith original bill of purchase in solar way, rewari delete of amara raha bettry. After that the vender wind up his business but till date i didn't received the bettry from the dealer and the service center. Please suggest after dealer wind up how to track my bettry status. I have photo copy of my bill.

my battery warranty card was lost, and my battery is not working, they ask me for warranty card, than they reples my battery.
