Amaron customer told to change battery in this week but still no progress. Today I talked to them
and they told service
person is saying there is charging and discharging problem in car and they are making
this theory since last year and I made first complain.
My car is checked by Maruti authorised centre last year December and this year again in month of march and they told car charging system is perfect and there is no problem in car discharging or charging system.
Their old service battery is working fine with my car whenever they replace it with my battery at the time of complain. When I asked why your service battery is working fine with my car then service told old service batter
is better than your battery. It means he knows there is problem in my battery and he is making way not to replace my battery under warranty period.
It is extremely unsatisfactory experience.
Please replace this faulty battery with new one because it is on warranty period and don't cheat the customer.
