Amazon — can't refund my money | |||||
I have purchases an order(Amazon.in order #[protected] online, cash on delivery by Amazon India on 19th November 2017. The product is Gordania Bomber Series Men's Slim Fit Zipper Design Jackets (x-large) Sold by Gordania_Shop. Which was delivered to me on 25th November 2017. The size of jacket is not fit so I cam requested to returned this product and tha amazon boy came to me on 26th November 2017 and and as my request he can returned it and give me a receipt which was attached by me in documents portion. But after 10 working day amazon can't refund my money to my account I call to the customer care of Amazon all most 15 time. Now after 1.5 months of returning amazon can't return my money back.
