Amazon — charge dispute "refund never processed" | |||||
To, The chief branch manager State bank of india Main branch Subject: charge dispute "refund never processed" Dear sir Seven refunds of rs.949, rs.764, rs. 849, rs. 509, rs. 509, rs. 764, rs. 898 (Total=5, 242) was successfully processed on 25th september, 2017 and 27th september, 2017 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund yet. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also the state bank of india branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action has been taken yet. I confirmed with amazon and they had successfully processed the refund. Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. My refund reference numbers which were provided by amazon are: Rs.[protected] Rs.[protected] Rs.[protected] Rs.[protected] Rs.764- [protected] Rs.764- not provided (Please track) Rs.509- not provided (Please track) My account no is [protected].
