Amazon — fraud practices | |||||
I ordered a dslr camera from one of the suppliers from amazon on 13th dec but never got the camera. Only when i contacted amazon india md did i get a response saying supplier couldn't fulfill order and hence my payment was refunded. Amazon refused to compensate me for the error and delay which i find very annoying. An interesting aspect in all this is that the suppliers from which i ordered the camera have done the same thing with multiple consumers. Based on what i have seen, amazon has many fraud suppliers registered and doubt amazon has a supplier qualification process. How can any supplier/provider quote an incorrect price for a camera (Was 25000 but actual market price was between[protected] for so many days? Also why should the supplier have the right to unilaterally cancel the order and consumer doesn't once the product is brought or sold or ordered? If you search for vasu & sons and french_electronics suppliers, they have vanished now from amazon supplier listing for some reason Was this information helpful? | |||||
