[Resolved]  Amazon In — lg 19 inch hd ready monitor

I ordered lg 19 inch hd ready monitor from amazon on 16 june.
It was never delivered. I raised investigation request about my order. I continually contacted amazon customer care for updates. They said investigation is under process. They never contacted me or my mother (To whom i delivered the monitor) during investigation.

On last day on investigation today, i called them, they are saying investigation report says it was delivered and they would not refund me.

I asked them about details of investigation like whose sign were there, to whom they contacted, and they failed to reply on the same.

The monitor was not delivered and they have failed to even try to investigate where the monitor is.
